IMS Contain Following Modules:-
(1) User Management:-
User Management Module contains the following three actions :
    i. Create New Users:-
Admin will operate this action and create new user & provide permissions to users.
    ii. List of users:-
Here, admin can update users & users' permission.
    iii. Change Password:-
User can change their password.

(2) Master:-
Master module contains the following action which are only operated by Admin .
    i. Branch
    ii. University
    iii. Courses
    iv. Batch
    v. Department
    vi. Add type
    vii. Designation
    viii. Country
    ix. State
    x. City
    xi. Dist

(3) Enquiry:-
These modules have following three sub option:-
    i. Enquiry Form:-
This form is to filled by receptions,who fill the information about the student that visit in institute for a course enquiry.
Note: - all the information of enquiry will be transfer in admission.
    ii. Search:-
Search enquiry status of your institute and generate Reports (print out).
    iii. Edit:-
Edit the Enquiry through this option.

(4) Admission:- This module contains a form as admission form,where user can enter all information about the student, course, and qualification etc.

(5) Student:-
    i. Search:-
User can search a particular student that will show information & generate reports (print out)
    ii. Edit:-
Here user can edit information about a particular student

(6) Employee:-
This module contain following three option:-
    i. Employee Form:-
Contain all information about the employee.
    ii. Search:-
You can see an employee on which designation, branch etc. & genrate report (print out)
    iii. Edit:-
Here user edit employee information easily

(7) Account:-
This module provide following two action
    i. Submit Fee:-
User can enter student fee semester wigs and also generate receipts (printout)
    ii. Search Fee:-
User can see status of fee submitted by student of a particulars semester & genrate report(print out) of status

(8) Study Material:-
This module provide following action:-
    i. Book Issue
    ii. I-card Issue
    iii. Admit card Issue
    iv. Mark sheet Issue
    v. Degree Issue
